Ground water will be a rare commodity, and imported fresh water will be difficult to come by. Access to Sea WaterClever schemes for importing, processing, and re-exporting sea water may improve the water outlook. Looks like powered Reverse Osmosis plants may make more sense than liberal use of evaporative methods for actually creating fresh water from sea water.
