ISE Charter:
To develop and conduct commercial international space science
and exploration projects which will reduce costs, stimulate business
investment, and improve U.S. international relationships.
ISELA
A lunar lander system, developed as a joint venture between ISE and
Lavochkin Association (LA), to be boosted via a Russian Proton Heavy
Lift Vehicle (SL-12). The landers come in two varieties - ISELA-600
(600 kg to the lunar surface) and ISELA-1500 (1500 kg). Estimated
cost is roughly $125,000/kg.
