This innovative new product allows consumers to gain immediate access to the musical power of their personal computer sound card. Just whistle or sing into the microphone, and your PC plays the notes back to you using the musical instruments available on the sound card. Available for Windows '95 and Windows 3.1.
Whistler requires a 486 processor with at least 8 Mb of RAM and at least 2 Mb free disk space. It also requires a SoundBlaster(tm) compatible sound card, preferably a Wavetable PnP 32 or AWE 32 for maximum performance. Each package comes with a Whistler Song Composer 3.5" software diskette, a Whistler's Users Guide, a Whistler Reference Card, and the Whistler Quick Start Notes. The package even comes with its own high-quality microphone, for excellent audio performance, as many multimedia computers are missing this important component.
